Get Current Balance or Transaction Information...

...On WISDM

• Get current and historical balances on your projects and grants: see Main Menu/Projects/Project Search search.
• Get current and historical balances on fund 101 and other 'fund/departments' (project is blank): see Main Menu/Departments/Search search.
• Find specific accounting transactions based on your criteria: see Main Menu/Other/Transaction Search.

...On FAST (Finance/Accounting Snapshot Tool)

• Provides projections of how much you have left to spend on grants
• Sign up online at the FAST login page

...On Med School Accounting Data Warehouse (ADW)

• Get Monthly Fiscal Reports (or view all of the Standard Web Reports).
• Track your School Funds (or MAMA funds) expenditures and commitments (formerly known as the Where Are We Reports): see Summary report (sfs_sf_sum) or semi-detailed report (sfs_sf_det).
• Look at your department's share in a project/grant (e.g., the fund 150 capital exercise): see Summary report (sfs_bgtcoms) or semi-detail report (sfs_bgtcomd).
• See semi-detailed information on any project or fund/department: For the life of the project (sfs_bgtcomd) or for the time period of your choice (sfs_semidet).
• UW Foundation and Trust Office Reports

Get Payroll Information

• See how a person is being paid with the payroll query.

Produce Monthly Reports or Other Accounting Reports on the Query Library/FASTAR Hyperion server

• Produce monthly reports (Budget Control Sheet 'replacements'): "SMPH Balance Summary by PI" and "SMPH Statement of Account".
• Download all your transactions for verifying data accuracy ('reconciliation'): "SMPH Accounting Transactions".
• Access various Brio/Hyperion queries for Fiscal Affairs and other users on the FASTAR Hyperion server
